Terms entered into a search form, such as a name, phone number, or address, are passed to the provider that supplies results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those queries. A message sent to us contains the information in that message and is used to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Like most hosted pages, the service may create ordinary logs with an IP address, browser details, pages requested, and time. Those records are reviewed in aggregate for reliability and usage patterns. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How Limited Data Is Used
Limited data supports operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and content improvements. We do not sell a visitor list or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services
Links can lead to Michigan or Genesee County portals, library collections, archives, and sponsored search services. The operator of each outside service controls data submitted there, so review its own policy before using it.

Hosting and support providers may process site logs. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic information described above. Information is disclosed when valid legal process requires it.

The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described here. Because there are no accounts, the site does not hold a visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from a person under 18. Contact us if a minor has sent information so it can be removed.

You may ask about personal data maintained by this service or request correction or deletion where applicable. Michigan's Attorney General guidance reviewed for this project described no general consumer privacy law in this area and a proposed measure, so current law should be checked. Because little visitor data is kept, requests usually involve the contact mailbox and basic logs. Use the Contact page. Government records held by Michigan, Genesee County, or Genesee Township custodians must be addressed to that custodian.
